COVID-19 POLICIES

At Red Mahone Bed & Breakfast, we want our guests to feel safe and confident while vacationing with us. masks are not required, but if you prefer you may wear them during your stay with us.

1. We will offer our usual full breakfast, and will be seating guests together in the dining room (Max of 4-5 persons). However, if you are concerned about social distancing, we are able to provide separate seating areas for you on request, in order to accommodate appropriate spacing during meal service. Just let us know when you check in!

2. Credit Card and eTransfer/cash payments only. Your room bill will be processed through our computer system, and emailed directly to you, so you can have a touch free check-out experience.

LODGING POLICIES

Red Mahone Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We want our policy to be fair for our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our B&B by cancellations. We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures.

Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us greatly, so when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Should you not give us 72 hours notice, or fail to show, we reserve the right to charge your credit card the full cost of your stay, less any nights we are able to re-let.

Rates/policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special requests. *

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of these times please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
